Two solutions for your headlamp lenses: Buff the plastic to remove the outer, oxidized layer of plastic. 3M and others sell a $20 kit available at most auto parts stores. Or, for most Ford products, you can purchase aftermarket headlamps to replace your originals at a price substantially below the O.E. price.
